Ingredients...

2-lbs ground Beef & 1-lb Ground Pork
1-large onion finely chopped
1-4oz can green chili peppers chopped fine
1-1/2 tsp ground cumin & 1-Tbs oregano
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper & 1-tsp cilantro
3-Tbs Chili Powder & 2-tsp garlic powder
1-tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1-quart water
2-26oz cans of tomato sauce
1-14oz can of diced tomatos for chili
1/2-cup white vineger
2-cans Brooks Hot chili beans in sauce

Cliff's Famous Chilli Recipe

Mix all ingredents except tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beans and vinegar in a large pot, straining water over the beans to capture the sauce. Brown the meat and onions together and transfer to the pot with a slotted spoon. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes covered. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and vinegar and simmer for 2-1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent burning. Heat beans in water during the last 30 minutes. Serve chili over beans, spaghetti or both with shredded chedder cheese, crackers and onions. ENJOY!!!
