Step 1. Select the pose you wish to use for your Class Composite from the Gallery Pages and write down the Photo
Number. Then enter it in the box on the first line below.

Step 2. Determine if you wish to have your pose retouched and Yes or NO on the second line. Retouching removes
blemishes and softens shadows under eyes. A nominal one time charge of $15.00 is charged for facial retouching and
may be paid with your credit card at the end of this page.

Step 3. To order portraits for yourself or for gifts, fill in the appropriate selections below. Please use a separate order
form for each individual pose you wish to order from. ALL Orders on this page must be from one pose only.
